The bagged vacuum cleaner,

a technology that has been in use for many decades, has a rich history of keeping our homes clean. Essentially, this system creates enough suction to pull up dust and particles from our floors, collecting them in a removable bag. In some cases, these vacuums also use a specialized filter called a HEPA filter to catch even smaller particles. When the bag is full, it's easy to take it out and throw it away, all without having to touch the gathered dust, hair, and dirt.

For instance, the Hoover WindTunnel T-Series bagged vacuum cleaner, shown here, employs a sealed HEPA air filtration system for enhanced efficiency.

However, a significant downside of bagged vacuum cleaners is their tendency to be quite bulky and heavy. Some models can weigh up to 16 pounds, which can be inconvenient. Nevertheless, things are evolving in this realm. There are now a few bagged cleaners that weigh 10 pounds or even less. Additionally, some models have eliminated the need for cords by using rechargeable batteries. The bagged vacuum cleaner, a technology that has been in use for many decades, has a rich history of keeping our homes clean. Bagless vacuum cleaners

have an interesting history. The concept was initially brought to life in the 1980s through a prototype created by Dyson. This innovation challenged the traditional vacuum cleaner design by eliminating the need for bags to collect debris. The idea gained significant traction in the early 2000s, and Dyson has continued to develop it ever since.

The success of Dyson's bagless vacuum cleaner hasn't gone unnoticed by other companies. Many competitors have entered the arena with their own interpretations of cordless, bagless vacuums. This market now encompasses a range of options, from emerging brands like Moosoo to well-known names like Shark and Hoover. A defining feature they all share, inspired by Dyson's original product, is a see-through compartment that holds the vacuumed particles. This compartment can be easily emptied and reattached to the machine for convenience.
